UMAMI Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
1 tbsp (5g) UMAMI EGG FLAVOR
1/4 cup (50g) water
1/4 cup (50g) Light Brown Sugar
1/2 cup (100g) Soy Sauce
1/2 cup (100g) MIRIN
1/8 tsp (0.3g) Grind Black Pepper
1 tsp (5g) Maple Syrup
Directions
<Preparation>
Reduce MIRIN to half its volume.
add all ingredients except UMAMI EGG FLAVOR to a saucepan.
Place the pan over the heat and heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
Once boiling, remove from heat.
Add UMAMI EGG FLAVOR and mix well to avoid lumps.
