The recommended usage amount of UMAMI EGG is to replace a real egg. Simply replace an egg with UMAMI EGG using the following formula. Blend the UMAMI EGG Powder with plant-based milk. (oat milk, soy milk, etc. but not with water). The ratio should be flexibly adjusted depending on the quantity and preference.

Unfortunately, water cannot be used for the current version. Umami Egg and Umami Pudding Mix are designed to be cooked with plant-based milk.

Umami Egg is great at reproducing only the required function of the real egg. The amount required to work for binding and expanding function of bakery is less than savory dishes that typically requires egg-like texture.
