UMAMI Carbonara

For 2 persons Sauce only.  Add your favourite ingredients and enjoy.

  • 1/2 tbsp (5g) UMAMI EGG FLAVOR

  • 1 tbsp (10g) Vegan Butter

  • 1 tbsp (10g) Vegitable Oil

  • 1/3 cup (40g) Plant-based Cheeze

  • 1/8 cup (40g) Plant-based Milk

  • 1/4 tsp (1g) Grind Black Pepper

  • 1/4 cup (50g) Boiled Pasta Water

Directions

  1. Add vegetable oil, soy milk, UMAMI EGG FLAVOR and grind black pepper to a bowl and mix well.

  2. Add vegetable cheese and vegan butter.

  3. Add hot boiled pasta and boiled pasta water, mix well.

    ※If mixture is too thick, add more boiled pasta water.

  4. Add salt to taste and adjust to taste.
