Following his university tenure, he embarked on a journey with a leading advertising agency. In 2017, Hiroto transitioned to Food Diversity, Inc., a pioneering entity dedicated to media and consultancy endeavors championing "diversity in food."

His professional trajectory has been marked by a plethora of accomplishments, including spearheading innovative business ventures that attracted international enterprises and facilitated the global expansion of Japanese firms. Notably, his impact on the vegetarian community in the Greater China region is profound. He has authored two acclaimed vegetarian guidebooks tailored for foreign visitors exploring Japan from Taiwan.

Acknowledged for his significant influence, he was honored as one of Taiwan's top 10 vegetarian influencers in 2021. In March 2022, he founded UMAMI UNITED JAPAN Co., Ltd., furthering his commitment to culinary diversity and cultural exchange.
