UMAMI Soy Milk Ramen Soup

Serves 1 Soup only. Add your favourite ingredients and enjoy.

  • 1,1/4 cup (300g) Soy Milk

  • 1/4 tsp (1g) Vineger

  • 1 tbsp (16g) Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp (3g) UMAMI EGG FLAVOR

  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) Salt

  • 1/2 tbsp (10g) Sesami Peast

  • 1/2 tsp (2g) Choped Garlic

  • 1 tsp (5g) Sesami Oil

※Add arrange vegetables of your choice.

Directions

  1. Add the soya milk to a saucepan and bring to the boil.

  2. Add UMAMI EGG FLAVOUR, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame paste, chopped garlic and sesame oil to the pot.

  3. Mix well to avoid lumps, then add salt to taste.
