UMAMI Sauce Hollandaise ★

Serves 10oz for sauce.

  • 1,1/2 tbsp (10g) UMAMI EGG FLAVOR

  • 1/ 2cup (100g) Vegan Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup (100g) Soy Milk

  • 1/2 cup (100g) Vegan Butter

  • 1/8 tsp (0.2g) Grind Black Pepper

  • 1/8 tsp (2.5g) Vegetable Consomme

  • 1/2 tsp (3g) White Wine Vinegar

※Adjust the acidity to your liking with the amount of white wine vinegar.

Directions

<Preparation>

  • Heat the butter and melt it.

  • Bring the white wine vinegar to a boil once to remove the acidity.

<STEP>

1. add Vegan mayonnaise, soya milk, Grind black pepper and Vegetable Consomme to a bowl and blend well.

2.Place the bowl from STEP 1 in a hot water bath.

3.Add a small amount of melted butter to the bowl in STEP 2 and emulsify.

4.Remove from the hot water bath, add the UMAMI EGG FLAVOUR and white wine vinegar and mix well.
