UMAMI French Toast

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 1/2 tbsp (6g) UMAMI EGG

  • 1,1/3 cup (290g) Plant based milk

  • 2 tbsp (20g) Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract

※Add vanilla extract to taste, if desired

※ Use your preferred bread

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine UMAMI EGG and plant-based milk, then mix with a whisk.

  2. Add sugar and vanilla extract, then mix thoroughly.

  3. Dip the bread into the batter and let it soak for about 10 to 15 seconds.

  4. Once thoroughly soaked, heat a frying pan, add oil, and cook on both sides until done.
