UMAMI Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 1/2 tbsp (6g) UMAMI EGG

  • 1,1/8 cup (290g) Plant-based milk

  • 1/2 tbsp (5g) Cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp (30g) Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp (2g) Vanilla Extract

※Add vanilla extract to taste, if desired-Bread.

※Please try it with your preferred bread.

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine UMAMI EGG and plant-based milk, then mix with a whisk.

  2. Add cinnamon,sugar, vanilla extract then mix thoroughly

  3. Dip the bread into the batter and let it soak for about 10 minutes.

  4. Once thoroughly soaked, heat a frying pan, add oil, and cook on both sides until done.
