UMAMI Chocolate Muffin

Ingredients for 6 muffins

  • 1 tbsp (8g) UMAMI EGG

  • 1 cup (160g) All Purpose Flour

  • 1 tbsp (8g) Baking Powder

  • 1 tbsp (9g) Cocoa Powder

  • 1 cup (150g) Sugar

  • 1/3 cup (75g) Vegetable Oil

  • 1/2 tsp (2g) Salt

  • 1 cup (240g) Plant-based Milk

  • 1/3 cup (65g) Vegan Chocolate Chips

Directions

<Preparation>

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

<STEP>

1. In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, baking powder, UMAMI EGG, sugar, and cocoa powder until the mixture is throughly mixed.

2. Gradually add plant-based milk while stirring.

3. Slowly mix in vegetable oil, stirring consistently to prevent separation.

4. Pour the batter into the muffin pan and bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.

5. Remove from oven.

6. Remove from the muffin pan and let cool completely.
