UMAMI Banana Muffin
Ingredients for 6 muffin cups
1/3 tsp (1.5g) UMAMI EGG
2 cup (270g) All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp (11g) Baking Powder
3/4 cup (110g) Sugar
1/2 tsp (2g) Salt
1/4 tsp (1g) Cinnamon Powder
1/3 cup (60g) Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup (45g) Plant-based Milk
1/2 tbsp (5g) Vinegar
1/2 tsp (2g) Vanilla Extract
2 cup (230g) Ripened Bananas
Directions
<Preparation>
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
<STEP>
1.In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, UMAMI EGG, baking powder, sugar,salt,and cinnamon powder until the mixture is uniform.
2.In a separate bowl, add the salad oil, ripe bananas, rice vinegar, Plant-based milk and vanilla extract, and mix well until a paste is formed.
3.Combine the ingredients from step 1 and step 2 and mix together.
4.Pour the batter into the muffin pan and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
5.Remove from the oven.
6.Remove from the muffin pan and let cool completely to finish.
