UMAMI Matcha Muffin ★
Ingredients for 6 muffin cups
1 tbsp (8g) UMAMI EGG
1 cup (150g) All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp (8g) Baking Powder
1 tbsp (9g) Matcha Powder
1 cup (150g) Sugar
1/3 cup (75g) Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp (2g) Salt
1 cup (250g) Plant-based Milk
Directions
<Preparation>
Preheat the oven to 360°F.
<STEP>
1.In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, baking powder, UMAMI EGG, sugar, and Matcha powder until the mixture is uniform.
2.Gradually add Plant-based milk while stirring.
3.Add vegetable oil in several increments, stirring to combine each time to prevent separation.
4.Pour the batter into the muffin pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
5.Remove from the oven.
6.Remove from the muffin pan and let cool completely to finish.
