UMAMI EGG
Versatile plant-based egg powder for savory and bakery use.
The recommended usage amount of UMAMI EGG to replace real egg
Simply replace an egg with UMAMI EGG using the following formula.
Blend the UMAMI EGG Powder with plant-based milk. (E.G. oat milk, soy milk, etc. NOT with water.)
The ratio should be flexibly adjusted depending on the quantity and preference.
UMAMI EGG FLAVOR ENHANCER
Plant-based egg seasoning with egg yolk flavor.
For Seasoning:
Just a sprinkle on dishes such as tofu scramble, spaghetti carbonara, and vegan mayonnaise will give them a richer, flavorful and deeper egg flavor.
NOTE: Use for finishing to preserve fragrance. Adding before heating may reduce intensity of flavor and aroma.

Unfortunately, water cannot be used for the current version. Umami Egg and Umami Pudding Mix are designed to be cooked with plant-based milk.

Umami Egg is great at reproducing only the required function of the real egg. The amount required to work for binding and expanding function of bakery is less than savory dishes that typically requires egg-like texture.
