UMAMI Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients for 1 servings

  • 1/2 tbsp (6g) UMAMI EGG

  • 1/2 cup (125g) Soy Milk

  • 1/4 tsp (1g) Turmeric Powder

※Turmeric is used for coloring purposes. Use a small amount.

Directions 

  1. Put the UMAMI EGG and soy milk in a bowl.

  2. Mix well with a hand blender or whisk to avoid lumps.

  3. Mix well to scrape off any lumps, as they tend to stick together.

  4. Allow the dough to rest for 15-30 minutes.

  5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.

  6. Cover with vegetable oil, pour in the dough and heat.

  7. Cook on both sides, frying in a cutting motion, without stirring too much.
