UMAMI Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients for 1 servings
1/2 tbsp (6g) UMAMI EGG
1/2 cup (125g) Soy Milk
1/4 tsp (1g) Turmeric Powder
※Turmeric is used for coloring purposes. Use a small amount.
Directions
Put the UMAMI EGG and soy milk in a bowl.
Mix well with a hand blender or whisk to avoid lumps.
Mix well to scrape off any lumps, as they tend to stick together.
Allow the dough to rest for 15-30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
Cover with vegetable oil, pour in the dough and heat.
Cook on both sides, frying in a cutting motion, without stirring too much.
