UMAMI Sheet

Ingredients for 1 sheet only.

  • 1,1/2 tsp (12.5g) UMAMI EGG

  • 1 cup (250g) Plant-based Milk

  • 1/2 tbsp (4g) Corn Starch

  • 1/4 tsp(1g) Salt

  • 1/2 tsp (0.3g) Grind Black Paper

  • 1 tsp (0.5g) Tarmeric Powder

    ※ Turmeric is used for coloring purposes. Use a small amount.

    ※Add rice, seaweed and vegetables of your choice and roll up as shown in the picture.

<Preparation>

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

<STEP>

1.Prepare a bowl and add UMAMI EGG followed by plant-based milk into it.

2.When the mixture has thickened, add salt, pepper and turmeric, corn starch and mix further to make an even mixture.

3.Spray with oil spray to make it easier to release from the mold when baked, then pour in the batter.

4.Tap the griddle against the griddle to crush air bubbles.

5.Place the prepared baking pan with the dough from step 4 into the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes. It's done when the surface feels firm to the touch, with a slight bounce, and the dough doesn't stick to your fingers.

*Due to oven habits, please replace the orientation in the middle of the process if possible.
